We will also always provide our advice on any retainer issues, including in relation to the enforceability of your Conditional Fee Agreement or recoverabilty of Additional Liabilities. We can also provide our advice on suggested levels of settlement at the time the bill is prepared.
Charges are either on the basis of the percentage charge or the hourly rate depending on the preference of the client. A courier delivery service is available for the safe and secure transport of your files, including tracked files, and we are also on the DX network.
