   to provide you with the best advice.

If we are negotiating on your bill then the Detailed Assessment department will work closely with our Negotiations Department to ensure all matters are considered as offers are received.

We are also happy to accept instructions to prepare Points of Dispute or Replies, willing to provide written advice on offers and to conduct Joint Meetings, where you have been ordered by the Court to narrow the issues.

Oncethe decision to proceed is taken then we will ensure that a strong line is taken and that there is a willingness to fight all the way to the hearing, unless substantially improved offers are made.

We are happy to accept instructions on an Agency Basis from other Costs Draftsman or from Solicitors for whom we have not prepared the Bill or Points of Dispute.
